Hike through beautiful nature to the rapid Lillbergforsen at the river Fjällån in Dorotea.

This is an easy trail to walk with a nice variation of scenery, passing from sparse pine forest to open areas of moorland where you can find cloudberries in the summer. Take the time to look for forest birds, moose and bear during your hike.

Arriving to the river Fjällån you will find a shelter where you can sit and enjoy a picnic and a cup of coffee while listening to the sound of the water. There are also offers good fishing possibilites.

The hike to Lillbergforsen is around 9 km totally and starts at the pier at Lake Bergvattensjön, next to road E45. The first part follows the lake and then turns towards the forest. For a shorter walk you can also start at the end of Byvägen and then you will have a total of 4 km.

Length: Approx. 4,5 kilometres one way. You can also start at the end of Byvägen and then it is 2 kilometres one way.
